Our Resident Portal is just what the name implies—it’s your electronic personal help portal designed to make living at Cityplace as convenient and enjoyable as possible. With the Resident Portal you will:

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent for qualified applicants. $50 application fee per applicant.

Yes! Cityplace was designed to be fully ADA compliant.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community and encourage you to bring your cat and/or dog along when you move in. We know that your furry four-legged companion is a big part of what makes your apartment your home.

While we welcome cats and dogs, some additional fees and policies do apply. No more than two pets are permitted per apartment. Certain dog breed restrictions apply.

Fees for cats include a one-time $200 initial fee and a $30 monthly fee for up to two cats. Fees for dogs include a one-time $350 initial fee and a $40 monthly fee. Fees for one dog and one cat include a one-time $350 initial fee and a $60 monthly fee.

All residents and applicants are required to complete a PetScreening application. This application is required for pet and animal owners and applicants who do not own a pet or animal. PetScreening is a platform designed to help our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies.

Cityplace Rental Criteria

To ensure that all utilities are connected on the day of your move-in, you must make arrangements in advance for the connection of your utilities.

Yes! Damage caused by a resident is usually the financial responsibility of that resident, not the property owner. To fulfill lease obligations and to protect liability risks, Cityplace residents are required to provide evidence of liability or property damage insurance at a minimum limit of $100,000. Residents may choose the insurance company and policy limits that are most appropriate for each situation, providing the minimum limit is satisfied. Please inform the insurance provider to have Cityplace listed on the policy as an “interested party.”

For the convenience of residents who do not have a specific insurance agent identified, we have arranged for a convenient, affordable insurance option for the Cityplace community. Resident Shield has made available Renters Insurance to our residents. There is no application, no credit check, and acceptance is guaranteed for residents of Cityplace! This company has the best customer service and the best maintenance people I’ve met LUIS JORDAN he is a great maintenance guy he is professional, energetic, and help me when he didn’t have to. He was so kind to help me move a couch with no problem. I would say he went above and beyond his duty at work and helping people in the building and in the area, And these other maintenance guys were also top level in assisting me with any needs that I’ve have They are all professionals MICHEAL ANGNEY, JOSH NEGRON AND JUSTIN WEEKS AND Aaron Morrison You Won’t Find A Better Group Of maintenance guysAnd I would also like to give this company a great thanks to Sabrina Palmieri who helped with my move. CityPlace South was a great facility to live in. It is clean, neighbors are nice and mostly quiet, and the building is located close enough to the square for big events but far enough for some quiet.

On September 13th, the management of CityPlace threw the Best Residential Social Hour. The Hosts, Sabrina, Hailey, Katie and Tara were outstanding in socializing and making sure everyone one was enjoying themselves! These women take Pride and Initiative in all the Events they host ie: Crowd participation, serving, and Networking!! I have been here for 3 years and I will be here for the duration. I am Proud to be an Ambassador for City Place where they have an amazing management team!!!!! Go City Place We Rock!!!!

The entire staff worked with me to find the right place, all while being incredibly professional and kind. Im looking forward to utilizing the gyms, dog park and the beautiful outdoor open spaces. My absolute favorite is the rooftop deck!!I am looking forward to becoming a part of the communty at Cityplace :)

I rent at The Gallery and so far it’s amazing! I haven’t been here a month yet , but I’m loving the building and the amenities that come with and also the leasing staff. The owner put alot into this place and I appreciate the decor and everything that comes with especially the WiFi!

Lived here for 3 years now. Clean, quiet place to live with so much to do in and outside of the building. Love being in walking distance to so much as well. It’s the perfect spot!

I've been a tenant at Cityplace since day one opening. The leasing team has been EXCELLENT with their customer service, attentive and just super caring. They treat us well - monthly free bagel, events, goodie bags, give aways. I've referred 3 people here so far and non of them regret it! 10/10 MOVE HERE!

I really don’t understand some of the other bad reviews. I’ve been here for a month now and I absolutely love it. The apartments are nice and modern. I got an apartment with new stainless steel appliances which was great. I love being in the kitchen. The amenities are amazing. I love the 2 gyms they have at CityPlace. I am able to cancel my gym membership now since I don’t even have to go outside for a good workout. The courtyard and outside main area are perfect. They have a nice little dog park for your furry friends. They have nice grills and fire pits outside for a nice setting. I love that I don’t always have to be in my apartment since they have nice spots you can enjoy. And of course the game room they have is a nice touch. Perfect time to hang out with family and friends and as well as the lounge. They keep this place clean which I love. I walk through the main lobby area and always see someone cleaning which makes me happy. The pricing for these apartments are reasonable too. For all that you get with the these apartments if you put them in any other major location especially in New York they would be at least double or even triple the price. If you’re in the area and looking for a place give them a try. And tell them Simon sent you.

Moved in a few months ago and love this place. I don't understand some of the other poor reviews.I highly recommend taking a tour of the place if you ever are looking for a place downtown.The Nines is super modern, very clean, and super convenient. Everyone has been super friendly and I think this place deserves a 5 star rating. Give it a tour if interested!

My boyfriend and I really enjoy living here. The tenants & staff are all super friendly. I live in The Nines, which I believe is one of the cheaper apartments. But I think for this area, what you get is amazing for the price. It can be scary walking home at night, (our garage is in the process of being built so it’s a 3 block walk right now) but once I reach the doors I feel extremely safe in my apartment building. The area is close to The Arts Walk, which has events and music pretty often, which is fun to walk to/around when bored. We only planned on living here for a year, but are considering staying longer because we enjoy it so much.

At the time of writing this review it is a 2.7 star average. I do not understand how is that the case, the building is excellent, the staff is extremely professional and friendly and I literally feel like I am in a hotel. I still don't believe that I live here. It's a well deserved 5 star review.

I’m excited to be the first review! I pre leased my studio apartment and just toured it yesterday! I was a little nervous about what to expect but everything turned out to be everything I expected and more! It was way better and bigger In person!! I fell in love with my studio right away! I love the 2 huge windows that overlook Hamilton Street and the fact that everything is brand new!! The kitchen is a perfect size and I just love the layout! The apartment theme decor is so cool and brings a unique city charm! The management and staff team is extraordinary and was super nice and professional! I’m also extremely excited about the phase two apartments being built next door because it includes all the amenities that we would also have access too!! I can tell the construction team is working really hard to get things done on time because everything looks amazing! Honestly, I loved everything about my experience and city place! I’m super excited about moving in!!! Definitely best choice I made so far! Would definitely recommend!!❤️❤️👍👍🤗🤗
